Today i woke up very late just before lunch around 12 30 so i took berry flavoured greeķ yogurt 3 tbsp, after half hour do lunch which was 4th size plate of khabsa rice with grilled chicken, then do some in door walk.
Evening a cup of green tea with dry fruit,
Dinner malai chicken 2 piece boti (thighs) only, with mixed fruit veg salad.
Then some walk in street,
Then, took warm milk by adding makhana powder in it (2tbsp)
Water intake ar 6 glass
