Today i feel very low so, i start day with luke warm milk with 3 tbsp panjeeri and boil egg,
Lunch roti with beef qeema aloo half plate and salad,
Evening mix fruit chaat,
Dinner same qeema aloo with half roti,
Today i feel low so walk indoor,
Before sleep take one glass luke warm turmeric milk by adding 1 tbsp makhana powder in it.
Water intake 6 glass,
Step count around 1800.
