Please advise me on how I can manage my eating habits. For the past two days, I have been eating less than usual and have completely avoided sugar throughout the day, including drinking tea without sugar. However, in our family it is common to have a sweet dish about an hour after dinner—such as chocolate, a pancake with Nutella, or ice cream, cream chaat. Even though I try to avoid it, when I prepare these desserts for my family and see everyone else eating them, I find it difficult to resist and end up eating as well. I would like guidance on how to break this habit.
