Allhamdulilah 10 days completed
I'm feeling less bloated now but sugar cravings not slowing doing down...
I'm completing 6k steps in now days due to busy schedule, water intake like 8-10 glasses.
Kindly tell me about the sugar cravings, can i add any biscuit in our daily routine or only date I can have.
