Sugar free jame sheri with pink salt and ispaghol
Chicken with steamed veggies and cheese
1 tbsp chutney
In fruits i just take 1 orange and some pieces of melon
1 cup tea with sweetner
40 min walk before iftar
20 min workout after iftar
