Before sehri, took seed cycling phase with warm water,
Sehri done with aloo qeema with half roti, cup of tea,
Iftari after eating dates water took gap of namaz, then eat 1 pakora, 2 tbsp fruit chat, mutton pulao half plate with alot of tomato onion salad and then cup of green tea,
Before bed turmeriç milk,
Steps was around 3200
Water intake i forgot but its around 8 glass
