Ramadan Day 9,
Before sehri took 2 tbsp plain yogurt,
Then in sehri took Aloo gosht salan and small roti, and after that 1 cup of tea after a gap,
Then close sehri with date and water,
In aftari after open roza with 3 dates and glass of rooh afza milk with adding basil seeds, then after namaz took full plate of boiled rice with left over aloo gost salan, 3 pakoras, and chutney,
Then after gap i eat 4 tbsp of fruit chaat, and half cup of black coffee,
Then go out for some walk,
Then after isha today i take 1 glas of ABC juice,
Total steps around 5000
Water jn take around 8 glass.
