Suhoor: one boiled egg and whole wheat beef wrap.
Total water intake: 4- 5 glasses
Iftar: 2 dates and 2 glasses of chia seeds water.
One airfried paneer spring roll and 2 mini spinach samosas and a small bowl of mixed lentil soup.
Dinner: one boiled egg, small bowl of hyderabadi haleem and salad.
Half mug of black coffee without sugar an hour later.
Total water intake : 5 glasses and going on.....
