Suhoor: spinach mushroom omelet with 2 eggs and an avocado.
Water: 4 glasses
Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glasses warm water with chia seeds.
4 spoons of mixed fruit salad and few spoons of black Chana chaat. One airfried veg paneer spring roll.
Dinner: rice with chicken curry, spiced yogurt and cucumber.
Water: 4 glasses until now and still going on.....
