Ramadan Day 19,
Start day with luke warm water by adding alsi in it,
Then in sehri eat half plate chicken biryani and half roti adding in milk add half tsp desi ghee in it, then a cup of tea and close sehri,
In aftari open fast with khajoor and water after namaz half plate pulao in leftover sabzi's and black channa, 2 chicken nuggets with chutney, then go outside in street for walk, then after isha eat 3 tbsp dahi bhallay chaat and then go again for walk,
Bèfore sleep today i took half cup of coffee,
Total steps around 6500
Water intake around 7 mugs
