Ramadan Day 18
Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glasses of warm chia seeds water.
Later Had few spoons of Chana salad, 2-3 pakoras and few pieces of fruits.
Dinner: A small bowl of haleem and then 2 tbsp of yogurt with salt n spices.
Total water intake : around 5 glasses and going on....
