Before sehri luke warm water by adding pinch of cinamon powder,
In sehri cup doodh me 1 roti dal k li i add half tsp of desi ghee in it today r kch khaya nae gaya coz it was heavy, then finished sehri with 3 dates and water,
In aftari after taking khajoor and water namaz parh k then i took glass of milk by adding Rooh afza and ispagol in it, then plate of mutton biryani with 2 tbsp of channa chat 1 pakora,
After isha cup of tea,
Total steps inside home around 3200 (aj treadmil style ki leg me cramp par gaya 🤦‍♀️) so stopped there
Water in take around 8 mugs
