Before sehri 1 glass luke warm water by adding pinch turmeric, pinch black pepper and half tsp honey,
Sehri done with half roti with 2 chicken shami kebab and cup of tea
Then finish with glass of water and date.
In aftari after taking 3 dates and glass of water, gap of namaz and then a plate mutton pulao with salad and then after isha took half bowl of russian salad (from neighbors) and half chicken samosa with cup of tea,
Total steps inside house due to alarming situation and raining as well so steps was around 2800
Water in take 8 mugs
