Ramadan Day 1,
Before sehri i took a large glass of fresh ABC juice by adding Tukham,mlanga it it,
Then 4 tbsp of greek yogurt,
Then in sehri i took half roti with half fried egg and 1 boiled egg white with a cup of tea,
And then close roza with one date and water, side by side i keep taking water so i kept my self hydrated.
In iftari first i opened fast with a glass of water and 3 dates, then after namaz one pakora 2 tbsp channa chat 4 tbsp fruit chaat, then a cup of tea.
Dinner half plate biryani rice and small piece of chicken,
And then take a cup of greean tea.l
Total water intake is 8 amd half glass
Steps cound which is inside home was around 3400 because aj kch routinee adjust kr rae thi,
