I’ve been following my own plan properly for the last 3 & a half weeks and I’m just over 3kg down.
Nothing extreme. Not cutting everything out.
What’s actually made the difference is structure.
Every single day I’ve:
- Hit my step target
- Prioritised protein
- Stayed in a calorie deficit
Not perfectly, but consistently.
The biggest lesson for me is this:
Motivation didn’t cause the results.
Structure did.
Once the plan is clear, you stop negotiating with yourself every day. You just execute.
If fat loss has felt up and down for you before, it’s rarely effort that’s missing.
It’s usually clarity and consistency.
Curious to hear from others in here…
What part do you find hardest to stay consistent with, steps, food, or training?
