4tbsp oats ~ 40g
40g banana
1/2 cup milk ( low fat)
1/2 Water
2 eggs boil whole
1 egg white ( extra by me )
Calories: ~360 kcal
Protein: ~33–34 g
Carbs: ~34 g
Tip. .. i dont like oats Meal so what i do is take all the measurements of ingredients and crosoly blend them now its so yummy..... give it a try you will not dislike oats Meal
