Today was very hectic day for me but still managed to have healthy food
Warm water before breakfast
Breakfast (2 Eggs omelette with 1 brown bread )
Water intake is very less like 4 glass
Orange and guava in snack
Dinner (haleem with half roti and 2,3 spoon of biryani ) eat outside so couldn’t take photo of dinner 😒
Couldn’t go to gym so did some walk 😊
