Meals update
Sehri:
- Ajwain and cinnamon water: drink 3 glasses of water before Sehri.
- Then, yogurt, chia seeds pudding with some fruits and nuts, and 1 boiled egg.
Iftar:
- One khajoor, lemonade water, and chicken salad.
- After 30 minutes, have chai 👀.
- 20-minute walk.
Now thinking about the gym because today is leg and shoulder day 😐😐😐.
