Introduction

Hi My name is Alina shams. Currently I’m running my brand. My age is 23 yr old. Height 5’3 and current weight 75kg. I’m from Karachi pakistan. And I’m unmarried. Suffering from Pcos since last 2 years on n off. I tried diet and took plan from other dietitians too. Even I lost 10kgs in 3 months last year. But after 4-5 months my weight came back again due to my irresponsibility. Well now I want to be consistent and want to make my lifestyle good by loosing weight. Looking forward to learning and improving myself
