Today wasn’t perfect, but it was honest and consistent.
My energy was low due to lack of sleep from my study routine, and I did feel lethargic — but I didn’t quit.
- Activity: Done (15-minute walk, showed up anyway)
- Water intake: On track
- Protein: Included properly
- Mindset: Stayed positive and kept morale high
Big reminder for myself today: progress doesn’t pause just because energy dips, consistency is showing up in any capacity.
