Day 13 - Check-In 🌿
Today wasn’t perfect, but it was honest and consistent.
My energy was low due to lack of sleep from my study routine, and I did feel lethargic — but I didn’t quit.
  • Activity: Done (15-minute walk, showed up anyway)
  • Water intake: On track
  • Protein: Included properly
  • Mindset: Stayed positive and kept morale high
Big reminder for myself today: progress doesn’t pause just because energy dips, consistency is showing up in any capacity.
Proud that I kept going instead of giving up 🤍
