Donโ€™t Waste This Ramazan ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ™
๐ŸŒ™ Al-Malik โ€” The King, The Absolute Owner
Al-Malik (ูฑู„ู’ู…ูŽู„ููƒ) means The King.
Not a king of a country. Not a ruler of a time.
But the absolute Sovereign โ€” the One who owns the heavens, the earth, the seen and the unseen.
Everything you see.
Everything you touch.
Everything you love.
Belongs to Him.
Your wealth? His.
Your success? His.
Your children? His.
Your body? His.
Your time? His.
You are not the owner.
You are the caretaker.
๐Ÿคฒ The Reality of Amanah (Trust)
We say โ€œmy house, my car, my body, my parents, my business.โ€
But in reality โ€” it is all an amanah (trust) from Allah.
And one day, Al-Malik will ask:
  • How did you use the body I gave you?
  • How did you treat the parents I entrusted to you?
  • How did you raise the children I placed in your care?
  • How did you protect the health I blessed you with?
  • How did you use the time I wrote for you?
When you truly understand Al-Malik, anxiety reduces.
Because you stop clinging.
And you start caring.
There is a difference.
Clinging says: This is mine, I canโ€™t lose it.
Tawakkul says: It was never mine. I will honor it while I have it.
๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Your Fitness Journey Through the Lens of Al-Malik
Your body is not a decoration.
It is not just for aesthetics.
It is not just for social media validation.
It is an amanah from Al-Malik.
If He owns it โ€”
Then neglecting it is betrayal.
Abusing it is injustice.
Strengthening it is gratitude.
You donโ€™t train because you hate your body.
You train because it was gifted to you.
You donโ€™t eat clean because youโ€™re obsessed.
You eat clean because you are protecting what belongs to The King.
You donโ€™t discipline your sleep, habits, and mindset for ego.
You do it because you will answer for it.
Your strength is not yours.
Your discipline is not yours.
Even your ability to change โ€” is from Him.
So ask Him.
๐Ÿ•Š Stop Asking Small
Al-Malik owns everything.
Why are you asking small?
Ask for:
  • A disciplined body.
  • Rizq with barakah.
  • Strong Imaan.
  • Righteous children.
  • A heart free from ego.
  • Jannah.
When you ask Al-Malik, you are asking the Owner of the Treasure.
There is no shortage in His Kingdom.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Practical Impact Practice (Do This Tonight)
This is not just reflection. This is action.
Step 1: Ownership Audit (5 minutes)
Sit quietly and write:
  • 3 blessings you act like you โ€œown.โ€
  • 1 area of your body youโ€™ve been neglecting.
  • 1 relationship you havenโ€™t honored properly.
Now write next to each:
โ€œThis belongs to Allah. I am its caretaker.โ€
Feel the shift.
Step 2: Sajdah of Surrender (2โ€“3 minutes)
Pray two rakaโ€™ah (optional but powerful).
In sujood, say:
โ€œYa Al-Malik, everything I have is Yours.
Make me a responsible guardian of what You entrusted to me.
Strengthen my body to serve You.
Purify my heart from arrogance.
And never let me misuse Your gifts.โ€
Stay in sujood longer than usual.
Let it sink in.
Step 3: One Physical Action Tomorrow
Prove your understanding.
  • Train with intention.
  • Eat with discipline.
  • Call your parents.
  • Apologize where needed.
  • Sleep on time.
Not for aesthetics.
Not for validation.
But because Al-Malik entrusted it to you.
Final Reflection
When you understand Al-Malik:
You stop being proud of what you have.
You become careful with what youโ€™ve been given.
You stop saying, โ€œThis is mine.โ€
You start saying,
โ€œYa Allah, help me protect what is Yours.โ€
And that mindset changes everything.
