Day#9 brunch + update
Finished my 500ml water before brunch ✅️
Snack: 2 dates + handful dry fruits
Workout:15 min ✅️
Brunch:
Omlete ( 2 eggs +spinach+capsicum+tomato +onion+green chilli)it fulfilled me alot... before I was about to eat this only but I couldn't so I added 2 slice of bran bread and some chicken spread to make a sandwich... now am toooo much full so I'll directly eat dinner with lots of salad🙂
