I got up late so I ate one boiled egg and after about 10 mins was lunch time so I ate chicken with naan forgot to take pics... I wanted to make roti but I have less time today coz I have to go somewhere...๐
Aoa, any body started home based work out? There is written on day 1 there is lower body work out. Do we have to find work outs our self or videos will be uploaded?? Because only written content is there.
W.salam... yes am also doing home based workouts but I dont follow a specific youtube video coz in the whole video there are many moves some I like and some I don't... so I started doing my own which I like and I just count before 30 reps and now 50 reps... coz I already did before so my body is used to... but if you're starting for first time then start from 10 or 20 reps whatever your body feels comfortable with ๐
I am grateful for my complete body though its a bit out of shape but I'll definitely make it better I am grateful for showing up today for myself I am grateful I found this platform and its helping me alot staying motivated
