Day#5 Update n gratitude
I was outside from 1pm till 10pm so yes food options were not healthy for dinner but I tried portion control...plus completed my steps and am grateful I showed up and I was mindful of my eating... having leg and thigh pain but its ok...it'll get better InshaAllah 🙂
