No junk✅️ I had my balanced meal, which helped keep my cravings under control
Mobility ✅️ 30 minutes walk + 10 minute beginner workout
Mindful Eating ✅️
Water intake _7_8 glass
Fiber _ 2 oranges
Protein in every meal✅️ egg and daal in breakfast ,skip lunch , chicken in dinner
I was very busy yesterday, that's why posting Day 3 today.
I am grateful that I am improving my routine little by little every day and adopting healthy habits.
I am grateful i am learning to take care of myself.
