Breakfast - chicken kebabs + 2 breads + 1 egg + 1 cup tea. ✅
Mid morning - 1 banana + 1 orange. ✅
Lunch - black urad daal khichdi + 2 tsp curd +green chutney .+ 1 cucumber ✅
Evening - 3 jim jam cookies 😭+ tea ( i refused first but then my sister was eating it and couldn't stop myself and had 3 of them )
Dinner - chicken curry + rice + a good amount of salad ✅
My abbu brought dark fantasy cookies again I had 3 of them before bed 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.
Evening walk - 30 min ✅
