- Food: Broke my fast around 3 PM, I had a roti with haleem. Food tasted more satisfying and filling than usual.
- Feeling: Full, calm, and proud of my self-control.
- Next goal: Be more consistent with portions and clean eating next week.

Today really reminded me how powerful mindful eating is. Waiting, moving, and choosing intentionally made me feel more in control and that feeling itself is very motivating. Grateful for this journey and for showing up for myself, one day at a time. Alhumdulilah.🫰
