Sehri:2 glass water including chia water,2 eggs omlette with roti,small bowl of yogurt ,a cup of milk and 2 glass of water again
Iftar:Dates,fruit plate with 2 glass water
Dinner:2 glass water,fish curry with roti and small plate of rice
Water intake:3.5 litre
Walk after dinner: 1 hour
Steps:10k (did first time in life💪🏻)
Zumba:10 mins
