Breakfast : Spanish omlette
Lunch: sauteed veggies
snack: high protein nuts and dates laddu
Dinner: leftover veggies+ fried rice and chicken.
Today was a bit hard, I made every meal myself today and was tired, I'm on vacation rn but Ik when work will start it'll be very hard to manage every meal. If anyone has any good meal prepping tips, please share 😩
