The day started great but after lunch, I messed up😕 1 glass plain water after waking up Stretching 10 minutes walking 1 glass qehwa Breakfast: 1 fried egg + 2 slices of bread + 1 cup tea without sugar 1 litre water before lunch Lunch: cucumber + daal chawal + podina chatni Snack: egg beaten in milk because I had lower back pain for the past couple of days and this is the only thing that makes it better. Had 3 gala biscuits before dinner. Dinner was leftover daal chawal And ended the day with fries 🙃🙃🙃 Total water intake: 1.5 liters Steps also less: 6500
