Day started with good energy, had slice and omelette and warm water earlier
But today after eating my breakfast my energy crashed......donot know why , may be I ate in fast way.....then I decided to eat one boiled egg....yes then I regained my strength back....

Wall pushups 40
Side legs : 10 each
Walk after meal
At 1:00 pm
I was absolutely so hungry so decided to eat roti with daal but I used multi grain flour....
Weather: so Cold and today I am drinking another cup of tea.....bad bad very bad ....2 🍪 🍪 .....sorry to myself
