One Habit You Want to Fix This Week
Let’s keep it simple and intentional this week. Instead of trying to fix everything, I want you to focus on just one habit you want to improve over the next 7 days.. Not a perfect habit. Not a forever habit. Just one small thing you’re willing to show up for consistently. It could be: Drinking more water Sleeping 30 minutes earlier Walking daily Reducing late-night snacking Stretching for 5 minutes Logging meals without judgment Taking screen breaks Managing stress better The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is awareness + consistency. First I really appreciate this approach. This is the best way to incorporate small habits into our routine....my focus is steps this week; not less than 10k
