Day 5 and 6
Due to some health issues.
I have and chest congestion. After taking medicine I suffered stomach pain. So that why I'm inactive in 2 days but I follow my diet according to condition.
Today, I report day about 5 and 6.
Day 5
Day start with yoga
Breakfast boiled egg+ tea with jushanda
Breakfast
Apple
Snack
Roasted chnaa
Dinner
Oats
Steps ✅
Protein snack ✅
Yoga ✅
Balance challenge ✅
Day 6......
Walk+ excersie
Breakfast
Boil egg+ green tea
Dinner
Roti salan.
Due to fever I take jushanda in warm water
Swap mea✅
I totally remove all the bakery items in my diet Alhamdulliah
Meal prep ✅
I ready chicken marination
Sunlight ❌
Due to sever fog, no sunlight in our site
Steps ✅

Due to my health issues I follow my diet in my side.
But I think it's enough according to my stomach pain.

Am grateful to my parents and siblings.
Am grateful to this community to much, because of this community I remember I gave the follow up of these two days.
