Day 4 of diet
Alhamdulillah closed day 4 of diet with gratitude..
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, chai (125ml milk), 2 dates, 4 badam
Lunch: 2 home made shami kebab, 1 fried egg in 1tsp oil, 60g atay ki roti, 2 tbspn yogurt..made a wrap
Dinner: chicken grilled burger(half)
Snack: 1 Orange...aj bht busy day tha to plan exact follow ni ho paya.....
