Steps 5k
Water 2 liter
Started day with lemon water
Had 2 glass water before each meal
Breakfast 1 whole grain bread with 1 fried egg
Snack 1 peach
Lunch one portion of mixed daal, 5 spoon rice
Dinner i cant talk about 😥🫣
But I know its just a day , a meal
We need to focus what options we have further to move forward, rather looking back and gaining nothing
