Breakfast: Egg wrap
Lunch: green tea and nuts
Dinner: Rice with chicken and veggies
Snack: Chai and a ferrero rocher ( my cousin insisted 🥲)
Overall today was great ( zumba was great)
I did have a hard time reaching my step goals because there is a wedding going on in my house.
Another achievement I've noticed is that i haven't binged in a week 🫠(Alhamdulillah)
