Sehri: 1 paratha, 1 egg and chicken mince and 4 tablespoons of yogurt and tea without sugar
Iftari: 1 date, 1 small bowl of fruit chat, 1 small bowl chana chaat and had 2 tablespoons of rooh afza sharbat already prepared one and added 1glass of water in it with chia seeds
Snack: 1 cup of tea and 1 mini bite pizza
Dinner: 12 tablespoons of rice pulao, chicken mince 3 tablespoons and sweet corn and tea after 1/2 an hour
My caffeine intake is going higher should have to work on this
