DAY 7: Discipline Day 🔒🔥
Steps: 6000 / 8000 ✅ No food after 8: ✅ Hardest time: actually finished at 7:30 but today is my birthday I had 4/5 bits of cake Hourly breaks: ✅ Gratitude Day 7 🤍 1. Grateful for my family firstly 2. Grateful for the previous year Allah has blessed me a lot alhamdullilah 3. Grateful for my body and mind One win today: dinner at 8 How I feel: blessed alhamdullilah ✅ Checklist: 8k ❌No food after 8 ✅ Breaks ✅ 12:12 ✅ Gratitude ✅

Walk 6.5k steps ✅ portion control ✅ but couldn't get sunlight and prep the meals since I have my thesis defense tomorrow, I want you all pray for me cause I'm very nervous. 🥹🥹
