Sehri: 4 tablespoons yogurt with chia seeds sprinkled shakar on it, 1/2 roti with beef qeema and 1 cup of tea without sugar
Iftar: 1 date, 1 cup fruit chat, 1 bara (pani wale), 1/2 sliced papaya, 1 kachori with saag and 1 boiled egg
Snack: 1 cup tea with shakar 1 teaspoon
Dinner: 15 tablespoons of biryani and one cup of coffee since migraine wasn’t leaving me 😔
