Pre breakfast: 500 ml water
Breakfast: 2 Smashed eggs sandwich and1 cup tea without sugar but had white bread as was out of bran bread.
1 litre water before lunch.
Lunch: salad + daal roti.
One thing that I have noticed since I got sick is whenever I eat anything, I get heartburn. Even drinking qehwa doesn't stop it. I don't know what is wrong. Dil he nhi karta ab kuch khanay ka is waja se...
Snack: qehwa
Dinner at 7:30 oat soup
