Im doing it controlled diet
Water intake 500ml
Breakfast oats with low fat mil and apple
Added 1 date 1 spoon nuts
2 boilled eggs
Post breakfast walk
Green tea
1 litter water intake
Lunch
Pre and post meal walk
1 cucumber before food and water
chicken nodles with vegies in it
