Breakfast:: 2 boiled eggs half cup milk ki chai 4 tbspn of dahi
Lunch: chicken and daal ka salan (made for 3 servings)
Dinner 2slice bread smashed egg sandwich (was not in plan but I have only available option)
Snacks: thoray sy nuts plus lemon green tea
Unfortunately I just did 15 mins walk
Baqi Sara din beth k b nai dekhti ma...ghr family bachy...Sara din kitchen k kam or baqi ghr k kam khatam ni hoty... hopefully it will work for me..🫣🫣
