Day - 19
Alhamdulillah feeling a lot better today. My son is also fine.. Bas there bukhar ho gaya tha usay raat ko but better now. Bleeding us tarah se ruki nhi sahi se q k zakham gehra tha.. Cher de ya zayada jump kar jaye tou phr thora sa nikal ata..
Anyways, had 500 ml water before breakfast.
For breakfast, I had a very light oatmeal at 8:30. Later, a cup of tea without sugar.
10 minutes walking✅. 1 litre water✅. For lunch I just had eight spoons of yakhni pulao at 2:30. 10 minutes walk✅. For snack, 1 date and qehwa. Dinner at 7:30, again some rice. 10 minutes walk✅.
Total water intake: 1.5 litres
Managed to walk half of the steps. I still do have cramps.
