Day 16 Ramadan Challenge (move your body)
For the last few days I wasn’t active with walking or workouts, but I still tried to do at least some steps, like a 5–10 minute walk. Now I’m feeling much better Alhamdulillah and trying to get back to my normal routine.✌🏻💪🚶‍♀️
