Iftari: a date , 1 small bowl of mixed fruit, 1 chup dahi with 4 phulki, chana chaat 1 bowl and 2 aalo pakoray
I've realized it's tough to add protein to iftar with all the fried stuff specially if you live in a big family alhamdullilah so l'll prep healthier protein options ahead of Ramadan 💪
