Iftari: 1 small bowl fruit chat, 2/3 spoons of dahi phulki, 2/4 spoons of chana chaat, 1 sandwich (protein packed)
Snack: 1 cup of tea without sugar
Dinner: 10 tbsp of rice and 2 chicken kababs and veggies
