Yeh 14 din ki consistency nahi hai.

Research ke mutabiq (behavioral psychology), long-term habit tab stick hoti hai jab aap action ko goal se nahi, identity se attach karte ho.

Brain dopamine short-term rewards pe addicted hota hai.
