Breakfast/lunch: 10 am banana after 2 hours cd size Gobi paratha with 1 tbsp desi ghee and yogurt + sugar free tea 😅
Snack 5 pm 1 persimmon
Dinner: wholewheat instant noodles without readymade seasoning... Seasoned by me..😅
Steps 5k almost done already and I'll try my best to complete 8k till midnight.
