Day 13 and 14
Sorry I couldn't post yesterday was so tired... Everything went well on day 13 still on no sugar have some issues with with water intake still.. I'm trying to increase... Otherwise everything was fine... I couldn't even take much pics did my steps both days minimums .... The only thing to update is I had a big portion j today day 14 just... Which I'm actually regretting but I've learned by my mistake... I was eating unintentionally tonight bcx of weekend movie 🥺.. I regret... But I'll keep on going .... And I'm happy that my new levels are going to unlock in just one day 🥰 to keep up more... Happy and grateful that I'm still on no sugar and advising my family too now. 🤪🤪🤪😅😅 But I want to be more focused and active also physically... Other exercises and do more steps.. that my aim ... Hopefully inshaAllah I will achieve desired weight and healthy body...

Day 11 waiting for my diet to unlock in 4 days
Post meal water ✅✅✅ Breakfast/lunch: 10 am banana after 2 hours cd size Gobi paratha with 1 tbsp desi ghee and yogurt + sugar free tea 😅 Snack 5 pm 1 persimmon Dinner: wholewheat instant noodles without readymade seasoning... Seasoned by me..😅 Steps 5k almost done already and I'll try my best to complete 8k till midnight. Stretching ✅ No junk , no sugar 🥰

Day 12 ( I didn't stop no sugar days I just buckled up🤪)
Today I had one cheat meal which I'm very aware off. I won't stop my journey rather will keep continuing as it is. Breakfast 2 eggs + 2 toast 2tsp cottage cheese n sugar free tea Lunch/ snack persimmon @ 4:30 pm Dinner: 2 slices of margarita pizza and some fries. No drinks just water Today I had a very little sugar treat just to adjust myself that I can keep it up and b mindful, instead of having sweets like there's no tomorrow. ( One ready-made orange cupcake and cappuccino sugar free) Steps 8K ✅ because I was going to have a cheat meal today so I decided it in the morning to kick off those steps as much as I can... Water intake was not too much today... It was average...

My name is Mehwish Faisal from Portugal. I'm a teacher full time working 40 hours a week with flexible schedule. I'm 31 years old, height 164 cm, weight 93.7 kgs. I have no medical contion yet except during pregnancy preeclampsia. I've been struggling to lose weight since 4,5 years and also after my pregnancy. I have a 3 years old daughter with a difficult pregnancy history. My main goal is to get in my best bodyshape and BMI in order to conceive again. I really lack consistency which is the main reason. I want to take it as a lifestyle.

Today I didn't had any sugar yet Steps 5K Water B4 meals But ..I feel it wasn't good enough I couldn't do most of the things . So I'm thinking to repeat Day 10 and then post the final. And yes I checked my weight today it's 2.2 kgs down in really happy with these 9 days result and now I want to be more mindful and focus more. Breakfast /lunch : 2 boil eggs, toast tuna and cottage cheese... I was going to have milk with it but I felt heavy so I didn't had milk.. Dinner : home made grilled chicken burger with home made wedges in oven... Oil just sprayed while grilling chicken..
