Day 10: Sehri
Started with 1 warm cup of ccf water and 1 cup of chia seeds water. 1 chicken leg with one whole wheat pita and salad and Raita and Tea. 10min walk.
Day 9: Iftar
I hosted iftar at my place, had 2 chicken sliders, 2tbsp of fruitchaat and some chicken pasta.
And I had dessert too 😅 I made Dates pudding cake and it was the hit so I had a piece too with tea.
Steps 8500.
